Setting up your Auchan account

You'll need an account on auchan.fr, since you're the one buying. It's quick: Auchan verifies by email, so there's no French phone number or address needed.

  1. Create an account at auchan.fr with your email address.
  2. Enter the code they email you.
  3. Choose Drive as your collection method, and select Auchan Cotentin as your store.
  4. Shop as you normally would, and pay Auchan directly with your own card.

The site is in French, but your browser will translate it. Right-click and choose Translate to English, or tap aA then Translate to English in Safari. Stuck at any point? Just email us and we'll help.

This is the only store we collect from, so do check before you pay.

Why don't we just set up an account for you?

Because the groceries need to be yours, legally. Your name on the order, your card paying for them, your account. We're a transport service, not a grocery shop, and that's what keeps our pricing transparent and your customer rights with Auchan intact.
