Privacy notice

Clique & Collect Ltd respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, Eircode, date of birth, ID document (for the procuration), order references, signature, and payment metadata (we never see your card number — that's handled by Stripe).

Why we need it

To collect your order at a French supermarket on your behalf (the procuration legally requires identity verification), to deliver it in Ireland, to send service emails about your booking, and to send sailing updates if you've opted in.

How long we keep it

Active booking data is kept for 7 years after the trip (Revenue requirement). Crew list emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. If you have an account, you can delete all your data yourself at any time from your account page — it's removed immediately. You can also email shopping@cliqueandcollect.ie and we'll respond within 30 days.

Third parties

We share data with: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Vercel (hosting/database), and the French supermarket (procurations only). We never sell your data.
