About our schedule: we begin with two soft-launch sailings in September 2026 (Fri 11 Sep and Fri 18 Sep), then move to weekly Friday sailings from 2 October onwards. The ferry leaves Ireland on Friday evening; you collect your crate in Dublin on Sunday.
Minimum bookings. Each sailing only sails if it reaches a minimum number of bookings (around 10 crates). We make the call by Monday evening of the week the ferry departs — early enough that you can still cancel your Carrefour order if needed. If we don't hit the minimum, the sailing is cancelled, all bookings are refunded in full, and we'll suggest the next available date.
If a sailing is delayed or cancelled by the ferry operator instead, we update this page within 24 hours and email anyone with a reservation. Your service fee is fully refundable if we cancel.
