Terms of service

Clique & Collect Ltd ("we", "us") provides a logistics-only service. We do not sell groceries. You contract directly with Carrefour for the goods; we charge a flat fee for collection in France and delivery to Ireland.

Our service

We collect your Carrefour Drive order at Cherbourg using a procuration (legal power of attorney) you sign, ferry it to Ireland, and hand it over at the agreed point.

Your obligations

• Be 18 or over.
• Place and pay for your Carrefour order yourself before our deadline.
• Provide accurate ID and procuration details.
• Collect within 48 hours of arrival in Ireland (or arrange doorstep delivery).

Cancellations and refunds

If we cancel a sailing, your service fee is refunded in full within 5 working days. You must cancel your Carrefour order directly with Carrefour; they will refund you separately.

If you cancel more than 7 days before departure, your service fee is refunded in full minus a €5 admin fee. Within 7 days, no refund — but you can transfer your booking to the next sailing once.

What we can't carry

No frozen goods (trip 1), no fresh meat or fish, no live animals, no items prohibited for import to Ireland (consult Revenue.ie). Alcohol is permitted within personal allowance limits.

Liability

We carry standard cargo insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of your service fee. Items spoiled due to inherent perishability or your incorrect ordering aren't our responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes go to the Irish courts.
